Five PM guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods, excluding postage, provided that:
1. the Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the 'Returns Form' within 14 days of receipt of the Goods by you; or
2. if the Goods are not returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within this period.
To enable you to return Goods to us free of charge, we enclose a postage paid Returns Label with your order. This does not need to be taken to the Post Office to be posted but we recommend that you get a 'Certificate of Posting' free from the Post Office which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returns Goods be lost or delayed in the post.
Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund or exchange on receipt. However, sometimes returns take a little longer to get to us so please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post. If you need your exchange quickly, please contact us.
If you have requested an exchange and there is a difference in price, you will be asked on the Returns Form to give permission for us to deduct the payment from the card that was used for your original order so that no new payments need to be made.
If you have lost your returns form, you can still return your unwanted items free of charge by using the following address. Please make sure you enclose a note with your details and instructions for return/exchange.

Please note that we do not offer our 'free returns' service outside the UK. However, we will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UK.
International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
